Stable Demand – We like businesses that are non-cyclical
Industries - We are industry agnostic and prefer B2B businesses in the professional and industrial services, manufacturing and related verticals--we do not invest in restaurants, franchises or other related hospitality industries
Growing People - We invest in our team members, treat them fairly and justly. We invest in training and give stretch assignments so that everyone gets out of the experience what they put in.
Thoughtful Processes - Every process is documented in a playbook so that each individual knows their role and responsibilities. Defined processes prevent problems from arising and eliminate fire drills. Each process is measurable. We like to keep score, it's nice to know when we are winning.
